According to a post on the page, "The purpose of this page is to hold unofficial preliminary polls to determine which character the Legends community wants to support for the next Hasbro fan choice figure. Since we don't know whether the next vote will be for a 3.75" or a 6" figure, we will be holding SEPARATE polls to determine a character for each scale so that we are prepared either way."
