Touring the Galaxy: Belderone Sector



Belderone System (R-6)

An arid world, Belderone, orginally Vartholium during the reign of Xim’s empire, remained neutral until the Galactic Republic annexed the planet following the New Sith Wars. Separatist forces were unsuccessful at capturing the planet during the Clone Wars, and Belderone would eventually become an Imperial manufacturing center and sector capital during the Galactic Civil War. The Yuuzhan Vong would later enslave the planet during their war.


Kulthis was also colonized some time prior to the Clone Wars, though remained neutral until the Galactic Civil War when it allied with the Rebel Alliance, housing a Rebel base. Kulthis eventually became a New Republic world and escaped the devastation of the Yuuzhan Vong war incurred upon its neighbor, Belderone.


Bragkis System (R-6)

Bragkis was a minor world, popular in the region for its gambling and similar forms of entertainment.


Dandrian System (R-7)

· Sun/Star: Chad

o Dandrian

§ Dandrian’s Ring (asteroid ring)

Dandrian was a minor world in the region, covered by oceans and landscaped with marshes and tropical grasslands. Following the New Sith Wars, Republic forces helped quell unrest in the system, though the planet never formally joined the Republic. During the Galactic Civil War, asteroids of Dandrian’s Ring were occupied by Imperial forces and utilized as a top-security prison.


Galsol System (R-6)

Galsol was a minor world, popular in the region for its casinos and night life.


Keyorin System (R-6)

· Sun/Star: unnamed

· Orbits:

o Keyorin

A smuggler haven, Keyorin was an urbanized world loosely allied with the Rebel Alliance, and subsequent New Republic, during the Galactic Civil War.


Kodai System (R-6)

· Sun/Star: unnamed

· Orbits:

o Kodai

A remote world, Kodai’s original landscape had been buried under rising waters by the time of the Clone Wars, leaving its lone city above sea level. Kodai remained neutral throughout galactic history.


Lola Sayu System (R-6)

· Sun/Star: unnamed

o Lola Sayu

Lola Sayu was a sulfuric, volcanic world with part of its crust shattered, exposing its inner core and mantle. During the Clone Wars, the world was conquered by the CIS and utilized as a top security prison complex for Jedi.


Ord Marsax System (R-6)

Ord Marsax was a remote world colonized by the Galactic Republic at least twelve millennia before the Clone Wars.


Randorn System (Q-6)

· Orbits:

o one unnamed planet (presumably Randorn 1)

o Randorn 2

Primarily a swampy world of marshes and bayous, Randorn 2 was a remote planet and homeworld of the humanoid Mizx species.


Tiems System (R-6)

· Sun/Star: unnamed

· Orbits:

o Tiems

A remote world, Tiems was the site of a battle between Imperial and Rebel forces during the Galactic Civil War.


Ychthyton System (R-6)

· Sun/Star: unnamed

· Orbits:

o Ychthyton

A remote world that did not join the galactic community until 0 ABY, Ychthython was home to the four-armed humanoid Ychthytonians. During the later years of the Galactic Civil War, Ychthython joined the New Republic.
