Homeworld of the four-armed humanoid Pho Ph’eahian species, the planet was primarily landscaped with sub-arctic alpine forests. The planet was subjugated by the Infinite Empire early in its history. Following the collapse of empire, Pho Ph’eah would remain neutral until joining the Republic as early as 5,000 BBY. During the Clone Wars, Pho Ph’eah was occupied by the CIS, only to come under Imperial jurisdiction during the Galactic Civil War.

Simpla-12 was a remote swampy planet, its resources stripped, and the world left derelict early in its history. Come the time of the Galactic Civil War, the planet was controlled by criminal organizations.
Sorrus System (O-5)

Both Cinnatar and Sorrus were member worlds of the Republic throughout most of galactic history, with Sorrus being the homeworld of the near-human Sorrusian species. A planet landscaped with lush mountains and arid deserts, Sorrus was more developed than its neighbor Cinnatar. During the Galactic Civil War, the system became loosely affiliated with the Empire.
Tandun System (P-5)

Originally colonized by the Infinite Empire until it collapsed. Tandun III eventually came under Republic control, its colonization severely limited. Around 620 BBY, the Antarian Rangers protected the planet, doing so throughout the Clone Wars and Galactic Civil War.
During the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, the extragalactic species occupied and vongformed the planet, which ultimately destabilized the planet’s environment and core. Following the Vong’s departure, the planet became more unstable, forcing what little population that remained to flee the dying world.
Teevan System (P-5)

Homeworld of the silver-hue skinned near-human Teevan species, Teevan was primarily a water world adorned with vast seas with a similar silver hue. Though remaining neutral during the Galactic Civil War, Teevan was loosely affiliated with the Republic prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars.
Toprawa System (P-5)

A remote forested world, Toprawa initially came under Republic control early in its history. Throughout the various galactic conflicts, Toprawa shifted to Mandalorian control during the Mandalorian Wars, and Sith control during the Great Sith War, Jedi Civil War, and the various wars between the Republic and “True” Sith Empire.
During the New Sith Wars, the planet was once again held by the Sith, however it remained nominally independent in the millennia following, coming under Separatist control during the Clone Wars, and brutally subjugated by the Empire during the Galactic Civil War for their nominal support for the Rebel Alliance.
