o Amorris
A remote world, Amorris was controlled by pirates during the Galactic Civil War.
Cathar System (N-6)
· Sun/Star: unnamed
· Orbits:
o Cathar
§ one unnamed moon/satellite
Homeworld of the feline humanoid Cathar species, Cathar was a neutral planet of vast savannas and barren uplands. The planet was brutally attacked and subjugated by the Mandalorians during the Mandalorian Wars. As a result, the Cathar species nearly went extinct. Cathar joined the Republic to garner protection from the galactic government, but it took millennia for the planet to recover the devastation of the Mandalorian Wars.
By the time of the Galactic Civil War, Cathar had recovered from its losses during the Mandalorian Wars. Considered a remote world under the Empire, Cathar evaded much of the war. It wasn’t until the invasion of the Yuuzhan Vong that Cathar was brought back into galactic affairs, once again being brutally occupied by the extra-galactic species.

§ two unnamed moons/satellites
A large system, the inner two planets were uninhabited volcanic worlds of seared barren wastelands. Conversely, the two outermost planets were barren, uninhabited ice worlds, while the four planets inward from Chirgay were gas giants incabable of sustaining life. The third orbit, Laseel, was a humid jungle world uninhabited by the time of the Galactic Civil War.
Originally the homeworld of the reptilian Kwa species, Dathomir was the center of their ancient network of planets, connected by Infinity Gates. However, over the millennia, they began to degenerate, locking away their technology until they became nothing more than semi-intelligent creatures. By 36,453 BBY, Force-sensitive humans lived on the planet, many called to the Tho Yor ships that would transport key civilizations to Tython to establish the predecessors of the Jedi Order.
By 30,000 BBY, Dathomir came under the rule of the Infinite Empire, once again returning to obscurity following the collapse of the Rakatan’s civilization. During the Great Galactic War, Dathomir was conquered by the Sith Empire, circa 3,670 BBY, remaining in their hands until the empire was eventually crushed. By 3,000 BBY, Dathomir was part of the Paecian Empire, which also collapsed shortly thereafter.
Thousands of years later, Dathomir would come under Sith control during the New Sith Wars. Around 1,002 BBY, a Sith academy was established on the planet, though it was short lived as the war came to an end years later. Following the Sith’s near extinction, Dathomir became a Republic penal world, where prisoners would go to serve out their terms. A Jedi exiled to the world, established a Force group that would be called the Witches of Dathomir, and their dark side rivals, the Nightsisters.
By the time of the Clone Wars, Dathomir was controlled by the Nightsisters, who briefly allied with the CIS. Following the war, Dathomir initially came under Imperial rule during the Galactic Civil War before it gained independence and nominally became a New Republic world. The Yuuzhan Vong were unsuccessful at invading the planet, and following the war, the planet remained aligned with the Galactic Alliance, opening up a Jedi praxeum.
Drackmar System (O-6)
· Sun/Star: unnamed
· Orbits:
o Drackmar
Homeworld of the reptilian humanoid Drackmarian species, Drackmar was independently aligned throughout most of galactic history, only allying with the Mandalorians during the Mandalorian Wars. Known as fierce warlords, the Drackmarians remained neutral until the rise of the Empire, when they were conquered by Imperial forces. Following the Galactic Civil War, the planet was conquered by the Yuuzhan Vong invaders.
Fere System (O-6)
· Sun/Star: two unnamed stars
· Orbits:
o Fere
Homeworld of the humanoid species of the same name, Fere was a renowned world for its network of shipyards. Though the Fere species went extinct around 192 BBY due to a plague, the planet’s shipyards continued to thrive.
Halmad System (N-6)
· Sun/Star: unnamed

§ three unnamed moons/satellites
Historically part of the Ciutric Hegemony, Halmad remained with the Galactic Republic when the bulk of the hegemony seceded to join the Separatists during the Clone Wars. Following the conflict, Halmad came under Imperial rule during the Galactic Civil War.
Morseer System (O-6)
· Sun/Star: unnamed
· Orbits:
o Morseer
Originally inhabited by the Rakatan, Morseer was the adopted homeworld of the Morseerians, who wished to keep their true homeworld’s location a secret. Settling the planet long after the collapse of the Infinite Empire, Morseer was eventually conquered by the Drackmarians, who controlled the planet until the Empire laid claim to the system.

o Selaggis VI
§ Selcaron
§ unnamed asteroid field
§ at least one unnamed moon/satellite
A gas giant with volatile storms, Selaggis VI at one point had at least three moons, one of which was destroyed early in the system’s history, creating an asteroid field that encircled the planet. The only inhabitable moon was Selcaron, a dreary world of dark brown landscapes and dull grey oceancapes. During the Galactic Civil War, Selcaron was colonized by New Republic settlers until Imperial forces decimated the settlement around 8 ABY.
Vahaba System (N-6)

§ Battlemoon
Primarily an oceanic world teeming with lush island archipelagos, Varn was a remote world that came under Imperial control during the early decades of the Galactic Civil War. Varn later joined the New Republic, expanding its economy beyond the fishing industry to include ore mining operations. Its moon was an airless rock used by the Empire as a superlaser test site until it was destroyed following the Battle of Yavin in 0 ABY.
Vinsoth System (N-5)
· Sun/Star: unnamed
· Orbits:
o Vinsoth
Homeworld of the pachydermoid Chevin species and the humanoid Chev species, Vinsoth was primarily a temperate world, but had zones of tropical jungles, subarctic mountain ranges, arctic tundra, and arid deserts. Prior to the Clone Wars, Vinsoth was predominantly neutral, refraining from joining the Republic so the Chevin could enslave the Chev.
However, Vinsoth did occassionally ally with the Sith throughout history, aligning with the Sith-controlled CIS during the Clone Wars and the Empire during the Galactic Civil War, despite Imperial doctrine being anti-alien and human-centric. Vinsoth was conquered by the Yuuzhan Vong during their invasion of the galaxy, but briefly became a member of the Galactic Alliance following the Vong’s defeat.
Slavery was abolished during their time in the Galactic Alliance, and the practice didn’t fully return despite the planet’s shift in loyalty back to the restructured Fel Empire. Vinsoth remained an Imperial world until 130 ABY, when the system was lost to Darth Krayt’s “One” Sith Empire during the Second Imperial Civil War.
