Glova System (M-19)

Glova was a semi-tropical world that was settled around 195 BBY as a mining colony. When the mines ran dry, the population turned to agriculture. In 4 ABY the planet declared neutrality, eventually sparking a diplomatic conflict that would see the New Republic come out on top.

Tarabba System (M-19)

Tarabba Prime was the center for the sector’s commerce and communications. During the Clone Wars, Tarabba Prime joined the Confederation of Independent Systems before coming under Imperial jurisdiction thereafter.

All but two of the planets in the Utapau system are uninhabitable: Persoro and Taktos being seared worlds, Flauss being a poisonous wasteland, and Barbilly and Chem being gas giants. Unistros, though a habitable terrestrial world, isn’t recorded as having a population.

Utapau was settled by two species, the Pau’ans and Utai, as early as 57,000 BBY. Initially the two remained isolated from each other, but due to environmental shifts, the two intermingled and formed cities that lined the walls of giant sinkholes. From these subterranean dwellings, they adjusted to the arid, windy desertscape.

Utapau was able to remain neutral in galactic affairs until the Clone Wars, where they joined the Separatists after hosting the opening battle of the war, attracting key players on both sides of the conflict to their world. Following the war, Utapau came under Imperial rule before joining the New Republic, Galactic Alliance, One Sith Empire and finally the Galactic Federation Triumverate in 138 ABY.

Skustell Cluster (N-19)

Amongst the cluster of developing stars was the oceanic planet Skustell, homeworld of the amphibious humanoid Ongree species, reminiscent of other crustacean species like Mon Calamari. Though a member of the Galactic Republic, few Ongree left the haven of their aquatic world, Jedi Knight Pablo-Jill being one of them.
