Considered to be primitive at the time, the Skrillings were herded into reservations so the M’shinni immigrants could utilize the planet’s vast plains for agriculture for the Republic. Over the millennia, the Skrillings fled their homeworld as their access to advanced technology grew. During the Galactic Civil War, freedom movements were established to drive the M’shinni from their world.
