Collecting the Galaxy: INT-4

The Interceptor was a toy designed to fit inside the actual AT-AT vehicle from Kenner. Though we had one as a kid, I never realized that because we never had an actual AT-AT to find out.

The weird thing about this to was the gun turret swiveled in the front. Not too much, just in a tiny circle which I thought was odd. It looks like it would just stick straight out. Now it’s possible it wasn’t put together just right but either way I remember that’s what it did.

It easily fit an action figure inside to fly around till your heart’s content.

It was also rumored for the longest that this vehicle was on the cover of “Lando Calrissian and the Starcave of Thonboka but that was later debunked, though as you can see there are a lot of similarities.
