It appears they hired a professional artist for some of the illustrations in this issue. At the end it appeared the quality was getting better which is odd because they stopped making them after this.

Looking for rare RPG adventures I probably was on their downloading something I needed from one of the forums and found this too, thinking it an extension from WEG Adventure Journals.
Looking at the forums, this last issues appeared in early 2003 and was never again brought back though people online tried to find out what happened with the staff who worked together on it.
From what I could gather, the head editor moved away and the team broke up afterwards without him as the driving force. It looked like a lot of the regulars to the site really enjoyed the journal too and I can see why. As a armature work it looked quite professional.
