Abran System (G-16)

The primary asteroid in the Abran Asteroid Belt, B’Knos was an Imperial mining colony during the Galactic Civil War. In 0 ABY, the system came under Ssi-Ruuvi attack, and all personnel were either killed or enslaved. In the years that followed, the Empire took great lengths to cover up the assault.

Aesolian System (I-15)

Aesolian was a remote planet in Wild Space that saw little galactic traffic.

Aeten System (J-6)

· Sun/Star: Aeten

o Aeten II

Located in the portion of the Dreighton Nebula that extended into Wild Space, Aeten II was a barren world rich in Stygium crystals. During the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and “True” Sith Empire, circa 3,653-3,642 BBY, Aeten II was a contested world. At some point in the conflict, the Sith established a base on the planet until Republic forces were able to wrestle control away toward the end of the conflict.


The Aeten system slipped into obscurity following the wars between the Sith and Republic and it wasn’t until after the New Sith Wars, in 1,000 BBY, when the planet was rediscovered by the Republic. Aeten II was recolonized as a Republic mining colony, once again being the site of a major conflict between Republic and Separatist forces during the Clone Wars.


During the Galactic Civil War, Aeten II came under Imperial rule until 3 ABY, when Imperial forces used the Tarkin superweapon on the planet, shattering it similarly to Malachor V, to extract the remaining Stygium deep within the planet’s core. Later, Imperial forces withdrew after devastating Rebel sabotage to both the mining operations and defense forces.

Alashan System (J-5)

The homeworld of an advanced species that disappeared long before the creation of the Galactic Republic, Alashan remained neutral throughout galactic history. At some point, the species locked all their knowledge into an underground city and placed a guardian to defend its secrets.


During the Galactic Civil War, Rebel archaeologists discovered the underground city below the desolate terrain, but after a skirmish with Imperial forces pursuing them, the city was relocked by the guardian and abandoned. By the time of Darth Krayt’s rule over a century later, the system remained neutral despite being located within the “One” Sith Empire’s territory.

Anoth System (J-20)

A frigid barren world shattered to its core from an ancient cataclysm, like Malachor V, Anoth was discovered by Republic scouts around 1,000 BBY following the New Sith Wars. It was discovered the world housed an ancient human civilization prior to the cataclysm, so the Republic established its own colony on the remaining habitable segment of the broken world.


During the Clone Wars, the planet was the site of a small battle between Republic and Separatist forces. Following the war, the planet was abandoned and rediscovered by New Republic scouts in 11 ABY. Anoth was briefly used as a secret fortress world to protect the Solo children during the later years of the Galactic Civil War.

Apiliria System (T-5)

Betal System (J-5)

Braccio was a remote Wild Space system that came under attack by a mysterious warlord from the Unknown Regions. By 0 ABY, Imperial forces were able to depose the warlord and halt his invasion.

A terrestrial world encased in the Mortis Monolith, an enigmatic structure that connected to the where the Force entities The Ones resided, Mortis was a remote world seldom visited by anyone other than Force-sensitives. During the Clone Wars, Jedi visited the planet and in the ensuing battle with the dark side Son, The Ones were killed, and Mortis and the monolith exploded, causing the system to be empty system void of any astronomical objects.

The Clar was a remote arctic tundra astronomical object in Wild Space that saw little galactic traffic.


Corg System (O-20)

A remote system at the very edge of the galaxy and the intergalactic void, the Crispin system was sporadically visited by pirate groups and Mandalorians. Prior to the Mandalorian War, Mandalorian Canderous Ordo encountered a Yuuzhan Vong scout ship in the system, engaging the unidentifiable craft.


Crytal Nest System (H-20)

Homeworld of the avian Shashay species, Crytal Nest was a remote world of forests, plains, oceans, and mountain ranges. Remaining hidden for most of galactic history in favor of strictly trading with locals in Wild Space, the Shashay became known to the wider galaxy around 10 BBY, sparking many expeditions to discover the secret coordinates to Crytal Nest. Shortly before the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, the system’s coordinates became known to the galaxy, and the Shashay ultimately aligned with the Rebel Alliance.


Diab System (J-6)

Diab was a remote world radiated with electrical storms. The maelstroms made the planet’s surface uninhabitable. On Diab 6 was a secret Jedi prison known as The Prism. Built following the Second Great Schism’s Hundred-Year Darkness war around 6,900 BBY, The Prism housed top criminals until the end of the Clone Wars. Known as Ghost Prison during the Galactic Civil War, very few knew of its location. At some point, Darth Vader visited the system.


DNX-N1 System (N-21)

Homeworld of the gaseous polymorphic Filar-Nitzan species, DNX-N1 was a charted but unexplored system at the edge of the galaxy.


Dosuun System (H-20)

A remote world teeming with forests, plains, mountain ranges, and oceans, Dosuun came under Imperial control during the Galactic Civil War. In 14 ABY, the Jedi investigated the Disciples of Ragnos cult in the system.


Eckless System (J-3)

A remote Wild Space system, Eckless was rich in minerals and ores. During the Galactic Civil War, the planet became the point of contention between two minor crime lords. Eventually the local population was able to wrestle control of the world away from the two kingpins.

Homeworld of the humanoid crustacean Er’stacian species, Er’stacia was a remote Wild Space world at the rim of the galaxy. Landscaped primarily by oceans, with small continents and islands littering the waters, a civil war nearly broke out during the onset of the Clone Wars. Fearing a genocide would take place, the Jedi sent Master Mace Windu to the planet, successfully brokering peace.


Ertrax System (N-21)

Homeworld of the humanoid Ertraxi species, Ertrax was a remote Wild Space system that saw little galactic traffic.


Esfandia System (I-6)

Homeworld of the semi-transparent botanical Brrbrlpp species, Esfandia was a rogue proto-world that broke free from the gravitational bond to its star early in its history. During the Galactic Civil War, the New Republic set up a communications relay on the planet, and in 26 ABY it was attacked by the extra-galactic Yuuzhan Vong.


Fardon System (P-3)

Soullex was a remote Wild Space planet that came under Imperial jurisdiction during the Galactic Civil War.

Gardaji Rift (M-1)

Originally an empty sector, by 29 BBY the sentient planet Zenoma Sekot relocated to the Gardaji System from the Yuuzhan Vong galaxy. A lush world teeming with forests, mountain ranges, plains, oceans, and river tributaries, Zenoma Sekot became a focal point during the Yuuzhan Vong War.


Discovered to be the offspring of the Yuuzhan Vong’s original homeworld in their galaxy, the extra-galactic species adopted the planet as their new homeworld following the war. Roughly a century later, by 130 ABY, the planet had shifted out of the Gardaji Sector further and into the Unknown Regions.


Gargolyn System (I-8)

Homeworld of the feline Cor species, Gargolyn IV was a lush world that came under conflict with corporate interests, seeking to extract the planet’s rich resources, throughout its history. The Cor were able to fend off exploitation due to their species’ natural connection to the Force.

Gertafuu VI was a remote arctic world in Wild Space controlled by a local smuggling group.

Giryulan was a remote system in Wild Space that saw little galactic traffic.


Gorsh System (O-3)

All but Gorsh were uninhabited worlds: Gorta a seared, barren world, Gorlan an arid desert world, Gartana an aquatic world with a massive poisonous ocean, Garsala a volcanic hellscape, and Gortamni an icy ball. Only Gorsh was habited, an oceanic world with swampy island chains scattered across the planet-wide ocean. Discovered by corporate scouts during the Galactic Civil War, the Empire gave control of the system to the corporation responsible for discovering the planet.


Gottlegoob System (O-20)

Homeworld of a species presumably by the same name, Gottlegoob was a remote system that came under nominal jurisdiction of the New Republic during the Galactic Civil War.


G’rho System (G-16)

A colony world of the Chandrilans, G’rho was a remote world in Wild Space that came under nominal Imperial control during the Galactic Civil War; however, in 2 BBY, the planet was conquered by the Ssi-Ruuvi Imperium.


Gulma System (P-3)

Homeworld of the humanoid reptilian Gulmarid species, Gulma was originally a lush jungle world until the planet was subjugated by the Empire during the early years of the Galactic Civil War. The Gulmarid were enslaved and forced offworld so Imperial corporations could strip-mine the planet of its natural resources, leaving the world a barren husk.


The Gulmarid were liberated by the New Republic later in the war, and were able to return home, however the species nearly went extinct from the uninhabitable conditions of the planet. Unable to regain an adequate population, the Gulmarid slowly died out.


Guudria System (R-19)

Homeworld of the Guudrian species, the system was in a remote part of Wild Space that saw little galactic traffic.


Hast System (U-6)

A remote Wild Space world, Hast housed a secret New Republic shipyard during the Galactic Civil War.


Huk System (J-4)

Homeworld of the insectoid Yam’rii species, Huk was a remote, forested world in Wild Space. Huk was continually in conflict with the Kaleesh of nearby Kalee. Prior to the Clone Wars, the Kaleesh later known as General Grevious laid waste to Huk, prompting the Yam’rii to garner the aid of the Republic. With their own nefarious plans, the Separatists were able to convince Grevious to join their cause, absorbing the Huk War into the greater Clone Wars.


Ianane System (I-10)

§ Ianane Ring

Ianane III was a remote, glassy desert world in Wild Space. Due to its reflective properties and intense heat, it was believed to be a star in a binary star system. Eventually it was discovered to be a planet. The Ianane Ring was a dark, ashy celestial body that encircled the planet, leading some to believe it was crafted by the ancient Celestials.


Indoumodo System (S-18)

A lush world of swamps, marshes, and forests, Indoumodo was a remote planet known for its venomous flauna and flora, attracting bounty hunters and assassins to the planet to procure these lethal poisons.


Iskallon System (H-14)

o Iskadrell

Homeworld of the humanoid cyborg Iskalloni species, Iskadrell was a remote Wild Space world. Isolated by one hyperlane to the system, Iskadrell was unsuccessfully invaded by Mandalorian forces prior to the Great Sith War, circa 3,996 BBY, but managed to free many enslaved people of the Iskalloni.


Millennia later, during the Galactic Civil War, the Empire was unsuccessful at invading and occupying the planet. Most of the Imperial forces were instead enslaved by the Iskalloni, though the attack left Iskadrell poorly defended. The Iskalloni opted to remain isolated until the rise of the New Republic, slowly returning to galactic affairs.


Jahilid System (L-21)

Jahilid was an empty system located in a remote portion of the Jahilid Drift in Wild Space.


Jedd System (I-14)

A remote world, Jedd Six was only first scouted in the last years of the Galactic Republic. Scouting expeditions were halted and the system abandoned with the collapse of the Republic following the Clone Wars.


Joodrudda System (S-4)

Joodrudda was a remote barren world abandoned by the Hutts hundreds of years before the Galactic Civil War.


Kadavo System (S-4)

Kadavo was a barren, volcanic world controlled by the Zygerrian Slave Empire. During the Clone Wars, the planetary government aligned with the CIS, utilizing the planet as a slave labor processing facility.


Kalidorn System (O-20)

Kalidorn was a remote planet and homeworld of the humanoid reptilian Muttani species.


Kalee System (J-4)

Both the inner two and outer two planets in the system were uninhabitable: Prelly was a molten rock; Norbon was a barren, airless world; Remsh was a gas giant, and Elke was an ice planet. Only Abbaji and Kalee were inhabited by the humanoid reptilian Kaleesh species.


Colonizing Abbaji early in their spacefaring history, Kalee was first introduced to the rest of the galaxy prior to the Great Galactic War in 3,681 BBY. The Kaleesh became known as noble warriors and aided both the Republic and Sith in their various galactic wars, as well as offered mercenary services for the Hutts.

Kamino was a massive system in Wild Space, yet most of the planets were uninhabitable: Kas, Yuka Major, Faa, Mira, Miyuu, and Donoa were molten, barren rocks, while Casna Aure & Besh were gas giants, and Imoco, Talita, Yuka, and Kamino’s moon Korasa were snowy balls of ice. Conversely, Kamino was an aquatic world teeming with life.


Originally a terrestrial world in the grips of a massive ice age, Kamino eventually melted, flooding the planet, and transforming it to its present seascape. Located between the primary galaxy and the companion/dwarf galaxy Rishi Maze, Kamino’s location was known to select members of the Jedi Order and Republic as early as 4,500 BBY.


Remaining neutral throughout most of galactic history, Kamino was nominally a Republic world during the Clone Wars, primarily for supplying the republic with a clone army. During the Galactic Civil War, Kamino was subjugated by Imperial forces until it was liberated by New Republic forces. Despite being freed from Imperial rule, Kamino chose neutrality, avoiding devastation from the chaotic Yuuzhan Vong war.


Kariek System (I-6)

Homeworld of the humanoid reptilian Eickare species, Kariek was a remote Wild Space world engulfed in tribal warfare for most of its history. Around 28 BBY, Kariek was conquered by neighboring warlord, but with the help of Thrawn’s Empire of the Hand, were able to repel the warlord in 22 BBY. Afterward, the Eickare became staunch members of the Empire of the Hand.


Katorrs System (J-6)

The only inhabited planet in the system was Adumar, with Enkep being a molten rock, Bakarr an icy ball, and Katorr a gas giant. Adumar, on the other hand, was a lush, temperate world teeming with forests, plains, mountain ranges, oceans, and cityscapes.


First settled as early as 10,966 BBY by Republic exiles, Adumar developed into a spacefaring civilization by the time of the Galactic Civil War. By 12 ABY, Adumar became the focal point of contention between the New Republic and Imperial Remnant for new allies and resources.


Eventually Adumar would join the New Republic, remaining a member throughout the Yuuzhan Vong war as the government transitioned to the Galactic Alliance; however, come the Second Galactic Civil War, Adumar aligned with the Corellian Confederation.


Kinooine System (J-21)

An arid, mountainous world with canyons, deserts, rivers, and sparce seas, Kinooine was a remote Wild Space planet initially colonized by the Nagai during their initial conquests in the region of space. Later, the world would become an Imperial outpost under the Empire Reborn faction. Following the defeat of the Imperial/Nagai forces, Kinooine was settled by the near-human Firrerreon species, surviving the devastation of the Yuuzhan Vong War.


Kriekaal System (J-14)

Homeworld of the tortoise-like reptilian Kriek species, Kriekaal was a unique world due to its landscape consisting of duranium metal tectonic plates, while its shallow seas comprised of molten duranium. Long lost to the annuls of history, Kriekaal was only rediscovered during the Galactic Civil War by New Republic scouts.


Ahug shared a similar composition, being an oceanic world of molten metal, not fully explored or inhabited come the era of the Galactic Civil War.


Kur Minor System (I-8)

Kur Minor was a remote Wild Space world, consisting of massive forests of poisonous vines and other brush.


Kuratooine System (J-5)

· Sun/Star: unnamed

· Orbits:

o Kuratooine

Kuratooine was a remote, lush world that housed a Galactic Alliance military base and embassy following the Yuuzhan Vong War, though never officially became a member of the governmental body.


Kwapi System (R-3)

Kwapi was a remote world in Wild Space, controlled by local pirates during the Galactic Civil War.


Kynachi System (J-5)

· Sun/Star: unnamed

· Orbits:

o Kynachi

Kynachi was a remote world in Wild Space, coming under control of corporations loyal to the Trade Federation and the CIS during the Clone Wars. Forced into isolation, being cut off from the rest of the galaxy by the Trade Federation, to maintain a monopoly on the planet, Kynachi was briefly liberated by the Republic, until the CIS reconquered the planet during the Clone Wars.


Lakra System (I-6)

Homeworld of the species by the same name, the system was a remote system that eventually saw most of its population immigrate to Kariek, reducing the planet to obscurity.


Lamaro System (S-18)

o The Reef (asteroid belt)

Both the inner planets were gas giants, their orbits guiding them extremely close to each other every fourteen years that would generate elaborate light shows in night sky. At the edge of the system was Lamaremm, an ice world in the early developments of microbial life.


Originally homeworld of the humanoid lemuroid Menahuun species, Lamaredd was an oceanic world with few island chains that covered roughly 15% of the planet’s surface. Rich in minerals and fishing, the system was discovered by Republic scouts as early as 500 BBY. Over the centuries, the natives were forced offworld or into indentured servitude as corporations established mining colonies.


Lasan System (P-20)

Homeworld of the humanoid Lasat species, Lasan was a remote, arid world of deserts, barren mountain ranges, and plains fertile for farming. Lasan remained in isolation until the Galactic Civil War when Imperial forces engaged in a local conflict on the planet; however, it is unclear if the Empire even nominally occupied the planet.


Loce System (S-4)

Loce was an empty system that saw little galactic traffic.


Lust System (J-20)

Lust was a remote Wild Space system that saw little galactic traffic.


Malagarr System (V-8)

Originally the homeworld of the Malaggarian species, at some point in galactic history the race went extinct due to improper technology applications. The resulting cataclysm reduced the planet to an arid desert of red sand dunes. By 0 ABY, the planet was occupied by droids, leading to an Imperial incursion on the planet.


Marcelan Prime System (J-5)

Circa 3,643 BBY, during the final years of the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and “True” Sith Empire, archaeologists visited the fortress to find Sith artifacts stored within Graush’s vaults.

Nearby Deneter suffered a far worse fate during the Clone Wars. A temperate world with a sizable population, Deneter also aligned with the Separatists, however, the planet was the site of a massive battle that left its surface uninhabitable. As a result, its population emigrated to nearby Acherin or the Core Worlds.

Yalara System (I-21)

Originally the homeworld of the Yalaran species, Yalara was an arid world on the edge of the galaxy. Discovered by Jedi scouts, the Jedi deemed the Yalarans not ready to be introduced to the galaxy, so installed a cloaking device to hide the entire system until such a time that the Yalarans were ready to enter the galactic community.


At some point during the early years of the Galactic Civil War, Darth Vader discovered the system and sent his Noghri guards to infiltrate the world. The Yalarans were exterminated and the Noghri guarded the planet. Around 14 ABY, the planet was visited by the Empire Reborn cult, attempting to utilize the cloaking device to their benefit. Jedi Knight Jaden Korr was dispatched to the world and destroyed the cloaking device. The planet was evacuated and the remaining Noghri returned to their homeworld of Honoghr.


Yanibar System (R-19)

First settled prior to 3,951 BBY by refugees fleeing the devastation of the era’s wars with the Sith, Yanibar was a harsh world of arid, scorching summers and wet, frigid winters. To survive, the settlers developed a Force group known as the Zeison Sha to help them battle their harsh environment.


The colonists were able to survive for millennia, building a civilization around the Zeison Sha that would successfully counter Imperial aggression during the Galactic Civil War, and the Yuuzhan Vong during their invasion of the galaxy. During this time, Yanibar became an independent port for fringe traders on the edge of the galaxy.

A lush world of forests, swamps, oceans, and a vibrant connection to the Force, Zakuul was a remote Wild Space world inhabited by humans thousands of years before the Galactic Civil War. Originally terraformed by the builders of Iokath, Zakuul housed the human immigrants as they developed a warrior civilization.


When Valkorion, also known as Darth Vitiate, unified the planet at some point prior to the invasion of his “True” Sith Empire in 3,681 BBY, he created the Eternal Empire and the Knights of Zakuul. Using the Eternal Fleet left by the builders of Iokath, Zakuul’s Eternal Empire would go on to subjugate much of the known galaxy, including the warring Galactic Republic and Sith Empire.


Eventually the Eternal Empire was defeated, dissolved, and replaced with the Eternal Alliance. Eventually, too, the Eternal Alliance would dissolve and the denizens of Zakuul would return to be an isolated world at the edge of the galaxy, their history of galactic domination all but forgotten by the time of the Galactic Civil War millennia later.


Zigoola System (U-6)

An arid, rocky world, Zigoola was a secret Sith world dating back to the original Sith Empire. Housing Sith artifacts, the connection to the Sith remained a secret through the millennia of wars, only being discovered by the Jedi during the Clone Wars. Jedi and Republic forces were dispatched to the barren world and were able to destroy the Sith Temple but were unable to capture any of the stored Sith artifacts.


Zonju System (J-21)

Zonju V was a remote, arid world of deserts, mountain ranges, and canyons. Affiliated with the Hutt Cartel, the planet was the site of a skirmish between the Jedi and Sith during the Galactic Civil War.
